Kasa Blu LLC Transient Group Home - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern residency at the Kasa Blu LLC Transient Group Home (“the Home,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By residing at the Home, you (“Resident”) agree to follow the rules and conditions outlined below.

1. Purpose of Residency

The Home provides temporary, supportive housing to help individuals to reset, re establish, transition to permanent housing. Residency is limited and based ,adhering to rules and regulations within the dwelling and remaining in compliance, while establishing a solid foundation and move towards independent living.

2. Eligibility

To qualify, individuals must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have a case worker/social worker or VA representative to work with.

• Sign these Terms and Conditions

• Agree to follow house rules, safety policies, and case management recommendations

Kasa Blu LLC reserves the right to decline admission for safety or program suitability reasons.

3. Length of Stay

Residing at the Home is temporary and long term stay for elderly, Veterans, Active Military . Continued stay depends on participation and rule adherence. Violations may lead to immediate discharge.

4. Resident Responsibilities

Residents must:

• Behave respectfully; no harassment, threats, violence, or discrimination

• Abstain from alcohol, illegal drugs, and weapons on or near the premises

• Follow curfew and check-in procedures

• Participate in mandatory chores

• Keep personal and shared spaces clean

• Respect others’ property and privacy

5. Substance Use Policy

The Home enforces a zero-tolerance policy for drugs, alcohol, and intoxicating substances. Residents may be randomly tested. Violations result in immediate dismissal.

6. Curfew and Visitation

Curfew is at 11:00 pm. No overnight guests allowed. Visitors must be approved, signed in. Visitation hours are 9:00 am - 8:00 pm.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

Resident information is confidential. Sharing details requires written consent unless legally required.

8. Property & Belongings

Kasa Blu LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged valuables. Residents should secure personal items. Abandoned belongings will be stored for [7] days after departure.

9. Safety and Security

Residents must follow emergency procedures. Tampering with detectors or security features is forbidden. Physical threats or violence lead to immediate removal and possible legal action.

10. Program Participation

Participation in support services, we are a group home, we will only assist in reminding of appointments, aide in car services and keeping, case workers, social workers abreast of the resident, Refusal to participate could impact residency eligibility.

11. Termination of Residency

Kasa Blu LLC may terminate residency for violations, non-compliance, safety threats, or extended absence without notice. Residents will typically be given [24-72 hours] notice unless urgent removal is necessary.

12. Complaints and Grievances

Residents can submit written concerns or grievances. They will be reviewed promptly.

13. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By residing at the Home, you acknowledge reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
